WHAT SHOULD WE EXPECT ONBOARD?

Our private mini-coaches will exceed your expectations. We will supply an onboard cooler with ice and you can be the DJ the entire day. We encourage you to make yourself at home and respect our buses. Yes, we allow people to decorate the bus on request. ​You will not see any random people on board because we do not offer public mixed groups we only offer private tours.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TOUR?

We include pick-up and drop-off services to a predetermined location. You'll get flights/tastings (dependent on the itinerary chosen) at each venue, and lunch! Your driver will be your personal tour guide and better yet- he will take care of everything- ensuring the best possible tour experience.

IS THERE ANYTHING NOT INCLUDED?

The only thing that you may wish to spend your own money is drinks to take home or any other drinks you wish to purchase while at the venues

HOW DOES OUR GROUP PAY?

Once we have confirmed and secured your proposed date and vehicle size, the process is as simple as 2 easy payment. You will receive an invoice with a BOOKING FEE (1 persons payment as a deposit) and a BALANCE DUE date. The booking fee is due with 24 hours of making the booking and the Balance isn't due until 2 weeks before your tour date.

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Apart from your booking fee (1 persons tour payment), all other money paid is refundable 21 days or more from your booking date. 15 to 20 days from your booking date only 50% of all money is refundable. The day of, to 14 days (inclusive of day 14) out from your tour none of your money is refundable due to bookings with venues.

SOMEONE OVER 19 WANTS TO COME BUT DOESN'T/CANNOT DRINK?

Let them know that they're now our new designated driver so we can enjoy a few drinks with you! Ok that's a lie. Yes they can jump onboard and will receive 50% off. This includes the lunch and their transfers. They're more than welcome to bring their own non-alcoholic drinks on board too.
